If the product is out of stock, you can either choose another colour that is in stock, or wait until we replenish the goods accordingly. If you are unable to find the specific product that you are looking for, drop us an email with the code name of the product and we will sort it out for you.
Postage charges are calculated automatically when you add the items to the cart and proceed to checkout. However, these rates are for destinations within Malaysia, and rates will differ for overseas destination. Please contact us for shipping rates to overseas destination.
Yes, Miss Shop accepts all international orders.
Please note that payment has to be made within 2 days upon receiving our payment invoice. Failure to do so will result in the priority given to any other interested customers in the event of insufficient stocks.
Please do not claim that you have made payment if you have not made any. We will not hesitate to take action against fraud cases.
ATM receipts and reference numbers should be retained till we have confirmed your payment as a proof of purchase.
For local orders, we accept payment via Bank Transfer, and Credit Card. We offer Maybank, for local payments.
For oversea customer we only accept payment via Paypal Account.

However, Miss Shop does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All pictures are taken by ourselves and brightness level might be different with actual product.
Shipping & Returns:
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays within Malaysia.
We take great measures to ensure that packages arrive to you not only quickly, but in perfect condition. Unfortunately, in rare cases items may be damaged during shipment. Shipment is carried out by third party courier companies / outsourced to third party courier companies. Therefore, we are not responsible for any items that are damaged during shipment, unless you opt for insurance.
All orders will be provided with courier tracking number once the order is sent out. Parcels will be left at courier office for self collection if no one is around during time of delivery. We will not resend parcels if uncollected parcels are returned to us, unless you top up for courier charges again.
Exchange or Refund:
Yes. We do accept exchange and refund but postage are bare by buyer itself. While goods arrived in customer hand and are not satisfied by the products or goods itself buyer should sent back the item in good condition to us to reclaim the refund.
Items in promotion category are not entitle for discount coupons as they are already being discounted.
